No Coffee, No Workee!

The Prate Mate,

Of a Grump Chump,

Hounded that he was getting Round,

He Availed of the Scale,

And Found that he gained some Pounds,

He ate a Light Diet,

Went to a Flab Lab,

Bustled his Muscle,

Jumped to lose his Rump,

And sat in the Swelter Shelter,

He Scoured and Showered,

Posed in his Clothes,

A Happy Chap,

And Browsed to his House,

For a Thinner Dinner.

The Prate Mate,

Of the Grump Chump,

Hounded that he was still Round,

So he Availed of the Scale,

And Found that he lost no Pounds,

Back to the Flab Lab,

Bustle his Muscle,

Bump and Pump,

Jump to lose his Rump,

Sweat until he was Wet,

Again Scour and Shower,

Pose in his Clothes,

A Tired Squire,

Then Browse to the House,

For a Thinner Dinner.

The Nag Hag,

Of the Broad Clod,

Still Hounded that he was Round,

So he Availed of the Scale,

And was Confounded that he lost no Pounds.

The Fat Cat,

Quit for the Minute,

But said that he Yearned to Return,

To the Flab Lab,

And then Plead to be Fed.

The Nag Hag,

Fixed a small Mix,

Of Green beans,

Clean Greens,

And a Tease of Cottage Cheese.

The Big Beau,

Ate the Plate,

Kept his Cool,

Avowed Now,

The Fat would Fall.

For a Heap of Hours,

Work in the Flab Lab,

Bustle the Muscle,

Bump, Pump, and Jump,

And Swelter in the Shelter,

While the Nag Hag,

Fixed the Mix,

Of Cottage Cheese, Beans, and Greens,

As the Grump Chump,

Dreamed of ice Cream.

On a Pay Day,

He ran to the Flab Lab,

Bustled the Muscles,

Availed of the Scales,

And Found a loss of fifty Pounds!

Scour and Shower,

Pose in his Clothes,

A Tired Squire,

Then Browse to the House,

For a Real Meal!

The Nag Hag,

Of the Broad Clod,

Was gone to the Dye Sty,

So he Availed of the Scale,

And was Confounded at no loss of Pounds,

When the Prate Mate Browsed to the House,

The Grump Chump Hounded that she was getting Round,

She Laughed, said he was Daft,

Availed of the Scale, Found that she gained many Pounds!

To the Flab Lab,

She was sent by the Sly Guy,

To Bustle her Muscle,

Jump to lose her Rump,

And sit in the Swelter Shelter,

While the Grump Chump ate Steak and Cake!
